Product reviews
Who can review a product on Virteche Global, what a verified purchase means, what is shown publicly, and when a review is removed.
Reviewed and updated October 17, 2026 by Virteche Global
Reviews on Virteche Global product pages come only from buyers who ordered the product through Virteche Global and received it. That is what "verified purchase" means here: every review is tied to a real order.
Reviews are optional. When an order is delivered, we email the buyer once to ask for a review. Virteche does not pay for reviews or offer anything in return for one, and a review does not need to be positive.
Who May Review
You can review a product once you are signed in and an order of yours that includes it has been delivered. Each account can post one review per product, even after several orders of it.
An account that has Virteche Global turned off cannot post reviews.
What Is Shown
A review shows its star rating (1 to 5), an optional title, your text, the date, and the country from your billing details if you gave one. Your name is shortened to your first name and the initial of your last name; your full name and email address are never shown.
Reviews cannot be edited after they are posted, so check the text before you submit it.
A review is shown only while its order still counts as received. If the order is later cancelled, the review no longer appears. Reviews are not shown for a product that is no longer listed.
What Gets Removed and Why
We do not remove a review because it is negative, and we do not change what a buyer wrote. Staff remove a review only when it breaks one of these rules:
- It contains contact details, such as an email address, phone number or messaging handle, or asks people to deal or pay outside Virteche (see messaging and contact rules).
- It contains someone's personal information, or is abusive, hateful or threatening.
- It is not about the product or the order, for example spam, advertising or a review of a different product.
- It is unlawful.
If Your Review Was Removed
A removed review stays on record with the reason staff gave, and a new review of the same product cannot be posted from that account. If you think it was removed by mistake, contact us: staff can restore a review that was removed in error.
