Vendor participation
Approved vendors can use Terminal to request marketplace listings and respond to assigned sourcing requests while Virteche manages buyer-facing presentation.

Vendors can apply from the vendor page. The application asks for business identity, address, contact, operating scale, product categories, and fulfillment information.
Once approved and granted Terminal access, vendors can submit product requests and view assigned sourcing requests. Staff reviews product submissions before products become live marketplace listings.
Vendor company names and direct contact details are not displayed to buyers in the ordinary marketplace experience. This keeps the transaction, support record, and future fulfillment records on-platform.
Vendors should keep pricing, lead time, packaging, availability, and compliance details accurate. Product or quote information may be reviewed, edited, rejected, or removed if it creates buyer risk or compliance concerns.
