Buyers and vendors may need to clarify product requirements, packaging, lead times, substitutions, and delivery assumptions. Virteche messaging is designed for that sourcing context.
Direct phone numbers, personal email addresses, off-platform payment requests, or instructions to move the transaction outside Virteche may be flagged for staff review.
Repeated attempts to bypass the marketplace workflow can lead to account limits, vendor review, or removal from the platform. The goal is not to block useful product discussion; the goal is to keep commercial accountability in the system.
Staff-visible review helps protect buyers, vendors, and Virteche when disputes, compliance questions, invoice questions, or shipment issues need a complete history.
