Buyer quote requests
A quote request should start from a product page so the SKU, product snapshot, quantity, destination, and requirements stay together.

Each buyer quote request is tied to a Virteche account and product page. This keeps the product snapshot, SKU, images, pricing context, and requirements connected.
A strong request includes target quantity, destination country or region, timeline, required certifications, packaging constraints, acceptable substitutions, and any target pricing notes.
After submission, the request appears in the buyer dashboard under Quotes & RFQs. Buyers can review messages from Virteche staff and compare quote options once staff prepares them.
When quote options are available, buyers can accept or decline an option. Accepting a quote option creates a marketplace order in the order workflow.
